Really? How would you use them? (not trying to be mean, genuinely curious)
Each card has a meaning, which is probably detailed in a book that comes with the cards, and you ask questions and draw cards. The cards you draw answer the question, like you would with tarot cards.

Kat Does Blogging: Justicers, please help the Fanterns as well. on the SMGO.TV site, Green Lantern Season 2 is only at 16.7%. Young Justice is at 33.2%. Voting for GLTAS doesn’t hurt Young Justice. To vote for YJ, you need to have an account. So by the time you’ve voted for Young Justice, you already have everything you need. You’ll just have to take a few more second out of your day.
There’s no reason (aside from not having a link) to not vote for GLTAS. Please help us out here.
